Over 60 restaurants present local and safe food, and the supporting program has a lot to offer: Thai rice cultures come to life in the TasteLab, while a live podcast with tips on food selection attracts curious palates. There are also workshops on safe food choices in the Home Cooking Classes and a market for local ingredients in the Food & Goods Mart.
