The city of Bangkok is about to experience an exciting development: IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke, the first stand-alone InterContinental branded residence in the world. This ambitious project will offer 88 luxury residential units located in the popular Asoke district, specifically on Soi Sukhumvit 16. This project is a result of the collaboration between IHG and CG Capital, a private equity fund of Central Group, one of Thailand's leading real estate and retail groups. The collaboration aims to further establish Bangkok as a location for luxury living spaces. Units in the new building will range from 139 to 547 square meters and include two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The offering includes a variety of amenities, including a 25-meter pool, fitness center, co-working spaces and private event rooms, making the InterContinental Residences an attractive place to live for discerning customers.
